Now When We Rise
I love reading history and biographies. But for the past 15 years, I’ve become very focused in my studies, blessed by Holy Spirit to be able to focus like a laser on this mission. That’s what we must do on this page of history. Our duty just now is to grow up, turn off distractions, and make a new commitment in life, to the constitutional sovereign duties of every American worthy of that name.
We call this new way of life popular constitutionalism – a term coined by (at that time) Stanford Law School dean Larry Kramer in his powerful 2004 book The People Themselves. That book changed my life; with that work, Larry Kramer became one of the key constitutional counselors of AmericaAgain! Trust and of Tactical Civics™, its action mission.
America’s first snake in the grass
Ironically, another key to my education in founding this mission was Alexander Hamilton’s warranty language in Federalist 28, which goes something like this (in contemporary paraphrase!)...
Don’t worry! If the People will only ratify the proposed new Constitution, ‘We The People’ will always be the collective sovereign; will always preponderate when their servants, State or federal, slip their constitutional chains. Never fear! The People will always remain in control! You have all the power...what could go wrong?
That may have been…but not without the Holy Spirit infusing our lives. Not without giving ourselves to King Jesus every day, so our children and grandchildren would understand what it means to be an American.
Not if we forget what it means to be a People called to glorify King Jesus in all that we do before a watching world!
Didn’t our great-great-great grandparents see what evil, ruthless men would do if we let down our guard and refused to live as responsible Christians before a Holy God?
Did they not realize that We The People would only exercise control over our three creatures forged by our Constitution, as long as we did our chores, to enforce it all our adult lives, as Ben Franklin suggested we had to do?
Did we not understand the lessons of history: that this unique republic would only keep the People in a state of liberty as long as we resisted the urges of our human sin nature, and did our chores?
Oh, ancestors! How enticing Hamilton’s warranty language sounded to you!…
Until you allowed a full-time federal army to step on your neck, then invade many other lands!
Until you stood by as all three corrupt servant branches in 1862-71 conspired to replace the lawful, silver U.S. Dollar with worthless ink on paper!
Until you sat quietly in your homes as congress, without authorization or authority, created a new ‘national guard’, to destroy and replace the People’s primordial “well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State”, rather than rise to your duty as free Americans!
Until you began six generations ago sending your children to the State every weekday for programming!
Until you began three generations ago allowing congress, without authorization or authority, to skim your payroll checks!
Until your training in government schools avoided the Constitution and true civics entirely…so that today most Americans refuse to enforce, or even read…or even think about…our Constitution!
Could Alex Hamilton, the founder of Wall Street banking and of a 'permanent' standing army, be trusted in his warranty language?
Of course not; see his public positions in public life. Jefferson didn’t despise him for nothing. As Thomas DiLorenzo explains in detail in his book Hamilton's Curse, that little foreign-born criminal was a tool of the money powers from the time they paid his way to come to America from his birthplace, the tiny isle of Nevis. He became George Washington’s aide de camp in the war, and much, much more in the Washington and Adams administrations.
Of all the snakes in the grass during America’s formative years, Alexander Hamilton was surely one of the most destructive. Thus, of course, Hollywood deifies him.
Wait…France? What do they have to do with us?
Well, to speak of Jefferson is to think immediately of France because Jefferson was always a Francophile and spent much time there.
And thinking of France, one recalls the key role that the French played in our War of Independence. Say what you will about the Frogs (there’s plenty to say), the 13 new American States would never have won their independence without the considerable help of the French.
Okay, but where am I going with this? Well, read on. Ideas have consequences.
The DCCP revolution is as absurd and bloody as the French Revolution, but conducted by the wealthy, powerful owners of that ten-miles-square city-state, followed (and funded) by hundreds of thousands of lackeys working for them in that city-state, plus tens of millions of lackeys salted throughout our States, who together truly believe that they are the highest power over America. Believing that they rule the earth, they certainly rule our lives, in town after town.
If you do any reading at all about 18th century history, you're struck by the antithesis between the American War of Independence and the French Revolution. So here's my contention: ever since Lincoln was in the White House, we Americans have been stupid passengers on a seemingly unending hijacked train voyage. We could just sit and watch Washington DCCP perpetrating a much larger and bloodier version of the French Revolution against the wealth, property, and production of We The People…against our Constitution…and for over 130 years, against the people and resources of over 140 other lands. And the worst of it is that the DCCP perpetrates all these crimes in our name.
Not in my name, you won’t!
How did this happen? Not by magic, but by generations of programming. I call it stupidifying, but lifelong educator and author John Taylor Gatto called it Dumbing Us Down, in his eponymous book, now a classic having sold hundreds of thousands of copies.
Children programmed from age 5-6 and onwards are totally malleable, and even as horrible as the government schools are today, most Christian parents in America still send their children there, as they rationalize their abdication and sin by lamely contending, "well, but our school is not so bad".
At Tactical Civics™, we're engaged in an historic mission; an intellectual and spiritual repentance and return to responsibilities, even at the cost of our own comfort or nice things, for the glory of Jesus Christ our High King. Ours is a mission of repentance in action, and that must begin with learning the truth and un-learning the lies we were programmed in for generations.
Does it seem ‘judgmental’ and harsh of me to speak to Christian parents they way I do, about their sending their children to Caesar for lifelong programming? The question answers itself, right? Our times call for repentance, and real repentance is by definition, hard.
How does this deep capture work in daily life? Setting aside the most egregious sins (abortion, counterfeiting our money, etc), take the war industry, for instance. The fact should be evident to the average 8-year-old that war is an industry, so making war all the time is necessary for that industry to keep profits growing.
Not to mention the oil and mining industries for which the Pentagon's racket, as General Smedley Butler accurately called it, provides free mercenary services.
And not to mention the bankers, who finance it all and make billions in the process. It's not hard at all to understand this evil troika that General Eisenhower warned us about in his 1961 Farewell Address after his presidency.
See, the generals warned us. But we remained truly stupid' so generations of government-school-programmed Americans have just acquiesced when they read, “The United States attacked”, or “the United States is preparing for another proxy war with…”.
No!
In the first place that’s bad grammar. It should be written, “the United States are”, because as We The People stipulate in our highest law, Article IV, Section 4, all of our states together guarantee to each state that we will maintain a republic – that is, sovereign States federating only for certain purposes. In all other respects than those 17 enumerated issues, these States remain sovereign and independent among the governments and populations of the world. Read Amendment X for the clearest statement of that fact, in law.
This is the most basic civics that Lincoln’s DC shock troops sought to burn, bomb, and gut from the American sensibility. But they did not. They cannot. Never!
A New America...IF we repent
Our highest law stands as written. It's right there, and it's the law.
We The People, collectively, retain all power and authority over that law, to enforce it as stringently as we decide to do.
Those “rich men north of Richmond” will absolutely lose this war if in the name of Jesus Christ, High King, enough of us Americans will repent and simply announce to those criminals that they have no more grip on our minds, on our bank accounts, on our children, on our homes, on our land...on our human liberty!
We must say to all those arrogant city council members, school board members, county commissioners, state legislators, county or state’s attorneys and judges, and sheriffs…"We tell you today, we are coming to expose your crimes and your lies! We are coming to finally restore the rule of law about which we have been so abysmally ignorant – and you are going down!"
Robespierre and ungodly passions
But we need to be careful when our passions arise. We must conduct ourselves above reproach and in Christian self-control, for the world is watching and we must never misrepresent our High King by giving in to unbridled anger and passion. We must remember that whatever the pain, like Job, we're under God's righteous hand of judgment and we must do right, no matter what evil people do.
Now in that vein, let me close the circle on my mention of the French Revolution and the DCCP’s revolution now being exposed and soon to be defunded and outlawed. Only over time, and of course only if God gives us good success for sticking close to Him and His Word.
I’d forgotten, but I was asked a few months ago if I could recommend a biography of Maximilien Robespierre – who has long been painted as the mastermind of the ‘Reign of Terror’ in that absurd conflation of the Frenchman’s impetuousness and passion.
There’s no such a thing as an unbiased biography of anyone, much less a firebrand like Robespierre; that's a unicorn hunt. And while we have much more important reading and work to occupy our time these days, for the inveterate student of history and political economy who wants the skinny on Robespierre, I suggest Robespierre and the Red Terror by Jan Ten Brink. A balanced view of the fiery Frenchman; plenty of primary sources to back up the author’s positions. Norman Hampson’s The Life and Opinions of Maximilien Robespierre is another good one, and a newer assessment by about 80 years.
Now When We Rise
But again, we have our own Robespierre-writ-large on the Potomac. That criminal world power is now finally coming to grips with a far, far greater power:
The Holy Spirit of the God of Creation.
Despite ourselves, the LORD is just now raising a growing army of Americans in Tactical Civics™, to finally learn what We The People means, and what we must now do, lawfully and peacefully with boldness and authority, before a hopeless world.
